More Information
NOOSE was founded in August 2011 as private military contractors. Rumoured to have been purchased as a faction for just $100 by Keria Yamato, NOOSE was very quickly established as an elite faction. It wasn't long before players were flooding through in attempt to join the faction. At some point, it was famed for being harder to join than the Hitman Agency.

The LVPD Cruiser was the main form of transport for NOOSE during day to day operations. Perfect for any number of operatives at one time, the cruisers were efficient during combat patrols. The Police Ranger was one of the most widely used vehicles in NOOSE's arsenal. The Police Ranger was used on combat patrols, by operatives usually in groups of two. The height of the vehicle and the lift kit allowed for off-road pursuits and made for good protection against incoming fire.

FBI Rancher
The FBI Rancher was one of NOOSE's other main mode of transport. With the same capabilities as the LVPD Cruiser but larger trunk space and ride height, the FBI Rancher made for great improvised cover. FBI Truck
The FBI Truck was originally used on operations as the top-hatch allowed for an operative to stand on the rear and provide covering fire. The FBI Truck was later promoted to being used as a general combat patrol vehicle.
